DIE HEADS :
We manufacture all kinds of die heads and calibrations for PVC, PE, PP pipes with the minimum size of 3mm and upto 630mm diameters. For profiles we can give quotations for obtaining die-heads and calibrations from Turkiye or from other countries.

COOLING UNITS:
Our production also includes pipe cooling tanks with or without vacuum and calibrations with 1m and upto 10m length of all kinds of profiles. In these units all the surfaces which are faced with water, are made of stainless steel and x,y,z movements are supported by electrical motors.

HAUL-OFF:
Special bant haul-offs for 50mm and upto 500mm. 2,3,and 4 caterpillar haul-offs for pipes from 3mm and upto 630mm. Bascular type haul offs for profiles from 10mm upto 10mm height and from 100mm upto 1000mm width. As the movement of up and down caterpillars are seperate, the movement obtained by servo motors are syncronised with extruder.

SAW UNITS:
Genarally we manufacture 3 type of cutters for profiles

1. Cutter movements from down to up
2. Cutter movements from up to down
3. Cutters start from down to up and moves horizontaly for wide range of profiles (upto 1m)

for the pipes we manufacture two type of cutters

1. With knives mounted on a rotary disk with chamfering unit (up to 250mm pipes)
2. With motor and cutting blade mounted on a rotary disk (planet type up to 630mm pipes)
